Our First Morning

Finally woke Quynh up around 8.... Went and got coffee down the street and had some eggs. Found out that by using the video camera as much as I do I only attract people asking for money... been saying "khong" (NO) a lot. Met up with Quynh's cousin, Tom, around 9 and he took us around Saigon. Had my first bowl of Pho in Vietnam and it was awesome. 'Won't stop eating for two weeks. About to head to the airport to travel to Da Nang en route to Hoi An. Take off at 3 local time.... Hope to eat some more before we get to the airport.

My first ever in-fight internet experience...Wild. Well, after all the packing, we were able to shut our eyes for about 30 minutes before heading to the airport. We arrived at Hartsfield at 5:04 am to find out that the employee check-in doesn't even start until 6... That hour proved to be beneficial. With all of the lovely weather on the east coast our flight to Tokyo from JFK was delayed from 12:30 to 5:15... Not ideal. Luckily, KK was able to find secret flights through Seattle to get us to Tokyo in time. Exciting day...

Oh... and eating all of that chorizo dip last night was NOT good for anyone sitting near me (especially a small vietnamese friend of mine).
